The temperature has dipped, comforters are out and we have all started resorting to our comfort colour for the season- Black.
An All-black shoot had been on my mind for quite sometime now, and on my recent trip to Bangalore I finally made it happen.
Many of you may have heard of the label QUENCH, many wouldn’t have. Quench describes itself as a label for the sapiosexual women. I have to admit I was completely bowled over by the all black garments from their collection.
I have created about four looks befitting different settings. Take a look.
1. The Badass Boss:
A Peter pan collar crop top has been teamed with a pair of wrap Palazzos and a floor length jacket; all from Quench.
Accessories are fairly fuss-free: A statement neckpiece, a classic black, watch pointed toe shoes, and a structured bag to carry all the essentials.
2. The Library and Caffeine Lover:
A sleeveless vest teamed with a midi pencil skirt.
Golden earrings for a little bling and a pair of pointed Toe Ankle Straps and Voila! I am ready for my coffee and library!
Special mention to a statement ring and my favourite Rose Gold Watch too.
Vest and Skirt: Quench
3. The All-Things-Artsy Look:
An asymmetrical shirt dress which looks best when donned with brooches an a glass of wine. Classic black peep toes and a multi-chain neckpiece makes me art exhibition ready.
Asymmetrical Shirt Dress: Quench
4. The Bomb(er) Squad:
The wedding season has kicked in and you want to give the typical Kalidaars, Sarees and lehengas a break?
Try a bustier with a skirt and an embroidered bomber jacket like this, teamed with a pair of ear cuffs and a simple boho locket.
Embroidered Bomber Jacket, Full Skirt: Quench
Would love to know which look you guys liked the best!
