5 New Year’s Eve Outfit Ideas

It’s that time of the year again and I am sure you are all too in a dilemma about what to wear this NYE!

I went through my collection of images and have pulled out five looks that seem apt for NYE, if you detest the LBD like me.

1.Quirk it up with a Bow Tie:

About 40% of the women would be spotted wearing a pencil skirt or atleast something to do with sequins. Stand apart by donning a bow tie as a choker instead, and throw on another longer neckpiece to keep your accessory layering game strong!

2. Show off those legs:

I am sure you have all hit the gym or indulged in some form of workout to get in shape for the party season. Show them off in a twin set like this. The jacket shall ensure you stay cosy and a frilly top inside will keep things flirty. 😉

3.That Dangerous Slit:

Can you ever wrong with a slit?  The answer is a big NO. If you happen to be having a button down/shirt dress, simply leave the last few buttons open and show off those pins. Add a lot of necklaces and brooches to the dress, to give it that festive glam quotient!

4. Layering Game:

One of the best things about winters is the fact that you can layer and layer. You can start off with a solo coloured dress, throw on a top with some sequins and a loose printed vest jacket. The layering adds a lot of character to the look.

Tip: In case you are broad framed like me, make sure to nip in the waist with a glam belt to save yourself from looking like a balloon!

5. Break The Blacks:

So do you belong to the clan that simply can’t resist black? Try black separates to make a statement. Team a bustier with a pencil skirt and a vest to blend in, as well as stand out.

Tip(s): Try different garments in different textures.

Vest can be replaced with a blazer to stay warmer in case of an open-air party.

Hoping this post helps.

Do drop me a comment below and let me know which look would you like to try.

Wish you all a super badass new year!:)
